THE GOODFORM PROGRAM
Improving adolescent boys' body image and reducing supplement use
Goodform is a 4-session program for grade 9-12 boys that has been based on two existing, effective body image interventions, and evaluated in a WADA -funded Randomised Controlled Trial [RCT] at Victoria University.
Why we need Goodform
Boys are increasingly dissatisfied with their appearance and using unsafe and untested muscle building supplements to try to change the way they look.
